Bill Rogers

Vice President, Information Technology, FIRST

Bill Rogers joined FIRST in 2013 as the Vice President of Information Technology. Prior to FIRST, Rogers has established himself as a globally-recognized business and technology leader with over 20 years of experience building, growing, and managing organizations using information technology.

Most recently, Rogers served as the New Hampshire State Chief Information Officer and Commissioner of Information Technology. Previously, he held various senior leadership positions at global companies including Goss International, Alix Partners, Johnson Controls, Deloitte Consulting, and Honeywell.

Rogers has a history of commitment to civic and charitable organizations, serving as Chairman of the Board for the Great Bay New Hampshire Chapter of the American Red Cross, and as Volunteer Leader for the Portsmouth, NH Crossroads House.

Rogers holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland. He is also trained as a Six Sigma Process Owner and Champion.
