FIRST Choice Issue

I apologize for the problems teams experienced using FIRST Choice today.  The FIRST Choice site will remain down until we have corrected the issues we have found.  We are working to correct those issues, and will have an update shortly.




What will be the process for bringing FIRST Choice back up? Will it just be magically enabled again, meaning we should check it every 5 minutes? Or (better option) can we rely on FIRST sending an e-mail blast at some point giving us a specific time it will come back up (for example, noon tomorrow or Wednesday)?

Thanks for the quick update letting us know about the issues!

Will orders completed before the problems be shipped or will I need to make the order again?
